Ontario Alpha Beta Chapter, Laureate #451 was presented with its charter in May, 1980. The Laureate ritual was conferred on 13 eligible members. Edna Avis and Shirley Wickstrom were instrumental in establishing this chapter and Shirley became the first elected president
